The Ellsworth Rod & Gun Club will host the 40th Annual Don Monett Wildlife Benefit on Saturday September 14th 2024 at the clubhouse located on the beautiful Rush River.
Funds raised at the Benefit are utilized for conservation of fish and wildlife habitat, support the Ellsworth Junior Claybreakers, and pay to raise and release more than 4,000 pheasants annually.
The Benefit will feature live and silent auctions, various raffles, games, and outdoor prizes. The live auction will feature a lab puppy. The lab has been donated by Paul Johnson of Call of the Wild Game Farm and Labrador Retrievers. Sit-down dinners will be served at 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., with each being limited to 140 attendees per dinner time apportioned in priority by the date RSVPs are received.
Rooster Raffle Tickets are $20.00 individually or $50.00 for four tickets with no limit on number purchased. Prizes include a premium center fire bolt-action rifle, a .22 rifle, and $100.00 in raffle tickets. Rooster Raffle tickets are NOT available at the banquet, but must be purchased in advance.
